A rural villa in a unique place, very close to the beach of Pals (Costa Brava) and its beautiful medieval town. A house of more than 120 m2 on a large plot of 300 m2, with lots of green space around it, its own parking and barbecue. It has three double rooms with a queen size bed plus a small sofa-bed in the living room. It has capacity for six people, which can be expanded with two other seats for children in the dining room. The large living-dining room with its huge fireplace is another of the attractions of this house. This room has huge windows with views of the Empordà plain from which you can even see the iconic Canigó mountain, one of the most emblematic of the Pyrenees.

The house is located just 2 km from the large beach of Pals and is very close to a supermarket and bakery. Nearby is also the Campo de Golf-Pals. An ideal place to spend a few days with the family at any time of the year.
